All packages are invoiced monthly in advance via bank transfer or card. You’ll receive a clear invoice at the start of each month covering that month’s retainer. There are no hidden fees — any additional hours beyond your package are agreed in advance and billed at £38/hr.
If you regularly need more support, we can discuss upgrading your package at any time. For occasional extra tasks, additional hours are available at £38/hr and will always be agreed before any work begins — no surprises.
Yes. All packages are on a 30-day rolling contract with no long-term commitment required. Simply give 30 days’ written notice and your contract ends at the close of that billing period. We want clients who stay because they love the service, not because they’re locked in.
Absolutely. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is included in every client contract as standard. Cornerways Creative is ICO registered and fully GDPR compliant. Your data, your clients, and your business information are always treated with the utmost discretion.
Communication is tailored to your preference. Most clients use email for day-to-day tasks and WhatsApp for quick updates. Growth and Premium package clients also benefit from regular scheduled progress updates. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days.
We’re comfortable with a wide range of tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Later, Notion, Trello, and most major CRM systems. If you use something specific, just ask — we’re fast learners and happy to adapt to your existing workflow.
In most cases, new clients are onboarded and up and running within one week of signing their contract. After your initial contact you’ll receive a proposal within 24 hours, and once signed, a short onboarding form gets everything set up quickly so we can get straight to work.
